Is there a cost to participate in the sustainability program?
No additional cost! Our sustainability practices are built into our standard services. You automatically participate by working with us.
How do I get recycling certificates for my records?
We provide monthly recycling certificates documenting all pallets processed. These are available through your account portal or by request.
Can you pick up damaged/unusable pallets?
Yes! We pick up pallets in any condition for free when you have 50+ units. Smaller quantities can be dropped at our facility.
How is carbon offset calculated?
We calculate based on weight of materials recycled vs. virgin material production, transportation distances, and processing energy. Our methodology follows EPA guidelines.
Do you really send nothing to landfill?
Correct. 100% of wood is either repaired for reuse or processed into mulch, bedding, fuel, or other products. Metal components are sent to metal recyclers.
